We take care of proceedings for the recovery of cargo with chemical precursors and procedures before DIPAFRONT, MAGA, SGDAIA and SAT. We are experts in the legal framework of SIECA, CAUCA and RECAUCA. We conduct the authorization of Customs and Temporary Warehouses as well as accompany in administrative litigation matters. We verify and dispute the tariff regimes of goods imposed by SAT and guide our clients in compliance with all customs and tax regulations.
